Doesn't seem like he's very good in aircraft period. If some random person comes up to you and says he's going to pwn you and you beat him, it's hardly a fair measure of, well, anything really. Fly the F35 against Negepii in a J-10, or BirdKiller, or any of the people that have a decent amount of experience in the jet and I doubt you'd have the same results.

Yeah I think that's the guy. My point is that he thought he was awesome, just like this other guy. But he was all talk, just like this other guy. I've flown against a lot of people. Quit berating me with this "you're not as bad as you think you are" crap. I'm every bit as bad as I think I am, maybe not as bad as you think I think I am. Dig?

You got behind me multiple times during a round (because I'm not that good in jets) and had ample opportunity to lock me up but you didn't until you realized I wasn't going to give you the chance to gun me down.

What I mean is, you don't have to be good to talk crap, so being able to beat someone who talks crap doesn't really prove anything about the abilities and/or shortcomings of vehicles. Personally I'm in no position to judge individual pilot skills as I'm only mediocre (or probably worse now...been a few months since I last played BF2), but the difference in killing an F35B with a J-10 vs. the other way around is like black and white. It's just far too easy to get missiles to connect on the F35 than it is on the J-10 and that's where the biggest jet imbalance lies.

All I'm saying is it was fun. But I'm willing to bet that after they nerf the J10, every time I shoot one down the guy's gonna say it was just because of the nerf... And I'm gonna have to blast him again. All that's left to do now is wait and see what the patch brings.

Changing the handling of the J-10 is retarded. I agree.

But at least now it will be a little bit more fun to pub because people that just picked up the game won't be whoring the J-10 around anymore.

Sure, now it will be very easy to kill everything with an F-35.. but who cares. This game is what.. three years going on four years old now?

Dice will take another year to release this patch. When they do they will **** everything up even more than it already is.

Well DICE will never listen, and when they do, they dont do the smart solution. There is no need to mess with the J10 handling.

The best solution to the J10 on maps like Wake Island, Dalian plant and Dragon Valley(the maps where it is F35 vs J10) is very very simple.

Just replace the F35 aircraft with F18 aircraft.

This balances out those maps much more.

If I could only smack some sense into them. But its like you said, this game is almost 4 years old now. Bring on BF3 already.

Instead of modding the J-10 reduce the hitboxes on the F-35 any jet can own it without much of a problem.

If you know how to fly, the F35 is perfectly fine as it is. How about increasing the hit boxes on all the jets so missiles hit them all like they do the present F35 and then maybe, just maybe people might actually try to get better. Decreasing the F35's hit box would just encourage more idiots pitching forward flying in loops "dodging" missiles.
