We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Again, you have to look at it from a server admin perspective.
i am a server admin. now we actually have many competition & competition grade players who are regulars on our server. seeing stats/play like that itself doesn't arise my suspicion. more than anything, it's how people play that gets my attention.
Oh yes, the cry baby admins that always get owned on their server and cry aimbot or hacking and either ban or kick you for something little like high ping when your ping is low!!!!
what i want to know is...how do other people shoot? then i could give good advice.
I aim for the neck/upper chest and fire in 3-5 round bursts while trying to be under 50m away. For some reason people kill me before I have time to notice I'm even being fired upon, but if I sneak up on someone and shoot a few bursts into their noggin they have time to turn around and kill me with a single burst... There are some people who spray at me with assault and support guns from over 50m away while standing and moving and they kill me fast as hell. I figured an LMG being shot while standing and moving would be the least accurate thing in the game. When I'm using one, that's the case. Not so much when some of these other people are. Then there are the guys who spray the Voss from 100m away and somehow get a "lucky" headshot every time while standing and moving. This is while I'm crouched behind cover and shooting bursts.
OT:Out of curiousity Field, how do you have ~45% accuracy with the assault rifles? Do you use single shot only? As far as I know the BF series always have a random cone of fire which makes the accuracy well...hit and miss. What part of the body do you aim at?
He probably uses PK rockets quite a bit (just a guess, can't say I've ever played against him). They will greatly distort your accuracy with the assault weapons, because of the possibility of killing more than one person with one rocket. I've finished maps with greater than 100% accuracy with the voss before simply because I'm a rocket whore.
I also some how manage to main 32% overall accuracy, despite the fact that when in a fire fight, I tend to point my gun in the general direction of the enemy, and hold down the fire button until one of us is dead (the spray and pray).
I've played with Field quite a few times, and I don't think I've ever seen him use rockets. I know he hates them.
If you really concentrate on your accuracy, you too can get to that level with enough practice. Pick your shots. Don't spray unless absolutely necessary. Always try to zoom in. Single shot whenever you can.
My accuracy is crap. I spam bullets all over the place when I can, if I have 5 bullets left and have to reload I always spray them out in thin air, has given me some hilarious kills sometimes
Herzog ftw, it's a lot more useful than you might think
i am sick at home and played a lot of bf2142 today. i got banned of atleast 8 different servers. i saved some screens of votekicks and banns by admins on xfire. its like one tenth of what votekicks/banns i got today. it is just unreal how bad some admins can be.

i think it just goes to show the range in player compitency. some are obviously far better than others. the problem is, many on the lower end of the spectrum can't accept the fact that some people are not only better, but MUCH better. so their briliant deduction is that the person MUST be hacking. i don't know why it irks me so much, but it does. is it stupidity or their pride that they're protecting

Well most server admins don't deal with competition level players. It's always nice to see tolerant admins, but your average admin, who's only experience is with people he knows who's top K is 1.8, just isn't going to believe anyone could legitimately could have 4+ K. They just don't have any frame of reference to believe otherwise. Since they can't actually see how your doing it, say as opposed to an athletic competition, they can only speculate. And as any lawyer will tell you, never let a jury speculate, because they will come up with the craziest ****.
Don't get my wrong. I agree with the way you stated. But most others won't and admins kicking or banning higher skill level players is just a reality a good player has to deal with.
Hell my clan gets kicked and/or banned all the time in BF2. But what can you really do about it?

what people CAN do though is come back and figure out that everything is chill and then get unbanned. but then for some reason this can be hard
