why the hate?

i dont get it: the voss is a good weapon, and yet it is the most hated weapon in the game. yes, i know many n00bs use to to spray and pray, but most dont. i only do that if you are within 3 meters. other than that, i aim.
the other assault rifles beat the voss in everything besides clip size, so why would people hate it?
if you see n00bs spraying, just say they are n00bs and whip them with the krylov or s/t.
so why all the hate?
i for one only use the voss now since im trying to get my k/d r up in that area from a -3.64 when i first unlocked it. now its a -1.24 or s/t, i dunno. if it wasnt for tht i would still be using the krylov.
but i may stay with the voss b/c i like its clip size, so i can go longer w/o reloading.... :salute:

Because, ultimately, the Voss probably IS the easiest gun in the game to kill with, and it massages easily-bruised egos to think "if he wasn't noobing it up with the Voss, he wouldn't have been able to kill me!"

I agree the Voss gets a lot of undeserved hate, but at the same time, I won't argue it's an easy killer. The problem is, there's ALWAYS a weapon that's easier to use than the others. If they ever nerfed the Voss, something else would just take it's place and then all the whiners start pissing themselves about the NEW uber-weapon.

My advice? Don't worry about. In a hundred years, nobody's gonna care.

Because it's very good for sprayin' n prayin' which just defeats the purpose of an assault rifle.

I don't have trouble with it but it sure has a crapload of ammo.

In my personal experience, the Voss is heavy and it kicks like a mule. I tend to stick to a sniper rifle or if i'm going CQC, the Clark.

the problem is the mentality of FPS players in general.

If said player uses a certain gun to kill with then they consider themselves pro with it. If another player uses another gun to kill said player then they are noob for using a noob weapon. If said player uses the noob weapon to kill the noob player they are still pro and the noob is still a noob for using the noob weapon in the first place. See where this is heading? :)

Use whatever weapon you are good at killing people with. Who cares what some other person says about the gun. The object of the game is to kill the other guy.

In my opinion everyone who says "Voss Noob" in a public servers is just a fool. for example when i get called a voss noob its because i killed a guy with it at about 30 meters and i only used about 8 bullets max. how am i a noob if your dead i always wonder. people hate the gun because noobs play with it and get lucky and elite players can easily kill 5 to 6 people without ever having to reload. IMO the people that call Voss users noobs just suck and need to go play something else instead of being lil cry babys that get killed by a "noob gun".... all in all I AM A VOSS NOOB SO KISS MY A** :p

I hate it because a lot of times I will have bad latency (playing on wireless network) and I will stab a guy in the face and hear the knife hit, but nothing. So then I dance around him while he tries to shoot me with his voss and it takes his whole clip for him to kill me. That wouldn't happen if the clip weren't so damn big! It sucks and that it happens, and most people who use the weapon are noobs. But that doesn't mean that every person who uses it is a noob. I have respect for the players who are actually good with it. I personally avoid it because I feel like it doesn't take as much skill to use. But on occasion I use it when I'm sick of getting killed by it.

Probably 90% of every server players are using voss, clark, or ganz. I think too many players rely on their voss to do everything for them. For example, I had a guy sneak up on me and totally take me by surprise. Did he take my tags? Nope. he sprayed me with his voss. Oh well, better for me because he doesn't have my tags! (but I got his several times before that!)

I've come beyond whining about it. I personally don't use it; not because I find it noobish but because I can't kill crap with it (lol). I am used to the Clark - reload after every shot or two. Doesn't work out well with the Voss xD The only time I actually use a Voss is on titan attack (which, might I add, is where it was designed to be used).

The only AR I really use nowadays is the Krylov. Man, that gun is a BEAST. Not enough people complain about it.

hahah no one will complain about the Krylov because people are to worried about the voss. i dont get it though doesnt the krylov shoot faster then the voss making it a better pray and spray gun? atleast thats what i thought but i guess the only reason the voss is noobish is because it has a larger clip. o well i prefer my knife anyway
