G36E vs L85A1

people say that G36E is better but yet I see those with L85A1 take 4-5 people out where as those with the G36E can take out 1-2 & when I try the G36E I die before I can shoot.. so why does people say that the G36E is better?

i only say it's better because for some reason I cannot hit anything with the L85A1. When I do hit, it does alot of damage, but the g36e to me seems more accurate.

I prefer the L85 because it's easier to pull off long range shots.

I prefer the G36E because just one click gives you a burst of bullets right in the enemy face. Kills them instantly... Also its the best looking weapon in the game according to me and its very nice for long range shots and has a nice aim.

i guess it is just a person preference.. i have always used a L85A1 but lately I have used my G36E & the last game I was just in I ended up with 155 points so I cant complain bout it to much

The PKM is worse, sometimes it just won't hit anything whether it's in automatic or being used in bursts. It's funny meeting a PKM wielding enemy, and both of you dive and start shooting. Except, it takes about a minute before someone dies as it simply won't hit. Other times it's 1 hit kill.

yeh but the pkm sucks.. most the time I just use the rpk or mg36

I have just found the overall hit detection with some of the guns to be terrible,i can have my iron sight over them quite clearly from a few feet while prone and my bullets will go over the top of them.

The reason you see a lot of G36E users only kill one or two guys before dying has next to nothing to do with the weapon. The reason is that most of those players are horrible and require the G36E to get any kills. Give them an M16 and they're as useless as teats on a boar. Most of the people that I've seen use the L85 religiously, however, are very good players, so they can rack up the streaks with the weapon. Overall the G36E is by far the better weapon, so just be thankful that the people using the L85 don't switch over to the G36E and instantly double their effectiveness.

AK/M16 for me.
And no, I'm not one of those "unlocks are for nubs" pr0 players, I just prefer them.

If I was to pick one it would be the L85.
