Def worth shooting at helis. But only when smoking badly. It's a good way to "steal" someone's kills ;P

With about 2-3 people using the M95, they drop like flies. It's rare to see that kind of co-ordination where it matters though.

Um... a PKM is technically a rifle. It is a light, fully automatic, repeating rifle. Also known as a light machine gun, or LMG.

And technically MGs are fully automatic rifles. Pistols, grenade launchers, shotguns, ect are not rifles. Rifles, and Machine guns are rifles.

Only Things Worth Shooting At Choppers With List:
1. Tank guns/MG
2. .50 cals (any type)
3. AT missiles
4. M95
5. PKM

Otherwise I just take cover. It's quite fun to play as Rebels on Surge and shoot down Russian helis with RPGs though. AT is one helluva fun class once you get the DAO

If you aren't packing AT, the key is to aim for the cockpit glass with m95/L96. These sniper rifles I think take 2 bars off the chopper if you hit it in the cockpit.

Can someone give us the amount of hits needed to take down an attack/transport chopper with:
-M95
-Jeep/tank .50 cal
-PKM
-Tank coax gun (Is that also .50 cal?)

If you can put an AT missile on the cockpit, the odds are pretty good that you'll kill the pilot (and maybe the gunner if you're lucky) without actually killing the chopper. It's the funniest thing ever to do, especially if it's low to the ground and you can do a quick steal of the now smoking chopper.
