By this time next year BF2 will have dropped half of its player percentage. the only thing thats keeping the BF series alive are the vehicle's. people love them, but they're soon going to be taken over, hopefully by another BF, BF3 if im not mistaken in that case... LONG LIVE BF!!!!

Stats are good. Not enough specialization in the unlocks though. You don't see an OSK bullet upgrade or a TOW missile instead of bombs kind of thing...

But its not pimp my gun, its BF2. Only upgrades you should get are more guns, more armour and thats about it. BF2 does'nt need anymore upgrade options, there's no point really.

Thats the problem with BF 2142, invisibility cloak, felt like playing a round of harry potter.

vanilla needs more kill power, like dont have to empty a clip to kill'em. get rid of silly stuff like parachute from building, hold e down & magically be in a moving vehicle, all the dumb stuff like taht should go:nod:

                I seriously doubt that.

I like the unlock system for BF2142 and hope they implement it for BF3.

                  Unlock system for Bf2142?

You mean, taking away everything that BF players saw as granted, and make you "work" for them? Tedious, is one word to describe it. I dont need to "earn" my unlocks. By the end of the day, I need to have my fun from recombining my kits. Take COD4 as an example. A ton of cr@p and everyone runs with a different combination. THAT is fun and awesomesauce.

                    Awesomesauce is right, homie.

I keep changing my kits because I end up finding <3 for new ones everytime. In BF2, kits don't really matter to me because I'm always in a heli, but when I fight on the ground... well, it's either SpecOps or Medic. No other really attractive options.

Ive been switching between combinations, even when I thought "this is it", and I still havent even touched sniping or machine gunnery. Its not that some perks are better than others. The diversity of maps and weapons themselves constantly open new combinations and only a fool sticks to one certain layout. Last week, I played G36C, this week, Im AK74U, I dont even want to predict what happens next week, but Im guessing Im either going P90 or M4A1.

Yeah, I tried the G36 again for my main kit today and, I mean... I like it, but the front sight gets caught in my red dot and I lose a lot of visibility. I'm probably just going back to the M4. It's a little weaker, but the fire rate makes up for it.

I use the P90 on my CQC kit. The MP5 on the stealth class...

I've even reinstalled 1942 occasionally, just to play some Coral Sea!
