Kids should be introduce to swear words at the youngest age, just like guns. It will help them cope in the long run then instead of him going "ooooohhhhhh he say a bad word!" when he's in 9th grade.

Alex outta use that hammer on his head rather then close good threads up.

thats your opinion, and i think they will know those words easily before the "9th" grade as you put it.

and you prove my point, they will know there not "nice, polite, acceptable" language & even though im sure they will use them, they wont in alot of places cause they will know there not good to use.

guns, well only if the instructing parent knows where there teaching.

        :salute:

Well it's a fact that the "kids" will start using those words sooner or later anyway, so they might as well start sooner lol.

EDIT: I was apparently several pages back, but the comment below stands.

This isn't a thread about people's alter ego's. Let the staff take care of that (plzktksbi).

Also, let's get the thread back on topic before we get a lock going.

One day when I do have kids, I'll make sure I don't swear infront of them, and I'm gonna lock the adult channels too.
Anyway, relax brother, I'm only joking. Let's get back on topic.

bet no one remembers me, but i am the DREADED cfschris back from early summer. with this whole mass forgiveness im not coming back anyways :).

but i got a lil input on this.

Redinkwhatever, get a life! Hasnt anyone ever told you "its only a game"?

in anything, seriously. Ever lose at monopoly and get told that?

the only thing stats are good for are for getting you better weapons, which then you can use to get even more points that add up to......nothing.

Hell, I play bf2 wake all the time as a medic with DEFAULT m16 (frankly because I dont give a damn.) and fly troops to and from the battle the whole round. I play for the excitement, not for ego/stat boosting. ITS POINTLESS!

why not work on accomplishing something good in real life, in addition to your video gaming?

And Just like many other people who had to countlessly repeat this: IT IS JUST A GAME.

I play for fun. I already have like 1000+ hours and more wins and losses all that belief you said. Doesn't matter. I mean, it's the same stuff all over, same maps, same styles, same stuff over and over again. It's just patterns and solutions. "O this guy killed me with a guy near this CP, I"ll respawn there with a better kit." We just do what we have to do. Not all people who have fun are losers. That statement you just said was an insult to about a good 25 % of BF2 players, but do you know how many people play BF2? It's just a game for crying out loud. Your skills in game doesn't really affect your skills in real life.

                              But it's true though.
You may have the Hammer of Ban but I have the Hammer of Truth!

Anywho let's get back on the subject fellas before this thread is locked.

Redinkwhatever, get a life! Hasnt anyone ever told you "its only a game"?
Well yes it's only a game but isn't everything a game... football,soccer,baseball... Olympics? Arn't those games as-well? Last time I check winners dont use drugs and they don't lose in games

Your skills in game doesn't really affect your skills in real life.
Yeah, but they also say how you play is how you are in real life. I play how I am in real life, I want to win and I will do anything, even step on people just to get above. It maybe cruel but it's the truth. Like they say, "only the strong survive"

^^^What kinda logic is that? gangsta no doubt, even capone's, stewarts, etc. will teach you there's a price to pay for "stepping on others"

you dont have to step on people to be stong, were not animals, strenght comes from character, pride in what you do & yourself, confidence, knowledge, skill etc.
you got a lot to learn, and i somehow think only way you will learn is to live by experience & some big gorilla use you as his stepping stone
