I'm doubting it's the release. Probably more just refitting the site so that it works for when the mod does come out.

I remember Lobo also saying that part of the server was down or something. Could be nothing more than that.

I have waited for this mod forever, and there is NOTHING, not even a beta out yet.

Beta has been out for a year now already. But it's a closed beta, so we get the best possible content to play right away.

Yeah, and? If they want to move on, then by all means move on to different games, that's their choice.

More games come out, better engines, better graphics, better everything.

There is only so much time that a mod can be released an be successful, believe it or not, even Project Reality doesn't have huge amounts of players, and that mod was released when the community was more active.

By saying "let them move on" it's a pointless argument. Why release something when everybody else is moving on, leaving nobody to play the mod?

Hell, BGF just came out, under 100 people playing online.
