you can do it on oman to, you can shoot the jets or helos on the carrier from the warehouse

Also with the tank from Rock Fort (I think that's the one) you can take out the MEC planes. :p

I've just been experimenting with long range tank shots on Oman and there you can hit the jets on the carrier with the tank in the MEC airbase takes a bit to adjust to tho.

Sounds like they were no-fogging

On Karkand and other brown piles of crap, you look at the muzzle flash, which comes well past the fog. One hit to the side of it and you usually land a headshot, or kill them in any case (they aren't exactly shooting at scarecrows...).

The runway doesn't repair, it's the square building that sits beside the runway, the one with the windsock on it, that does the repair function.

on Dragon Valley for example, you gotta go to the runway next to the thing he mentioned, or you won't get repairs.

At least not every, or the complete runway repairs, the windsock does matter :) That's what I think.
