After understanding how to use the kit, I found that it reflected my aggressive style of gameplay. I've perfected it over the past year, but have recently stopped using it to play other classes.

Snipers are not exactly useless but it is a drag on your team when they make up over 25% of your team.

I choose spec ops because it can do everything it has a good gun and is capable of taking out tanks with C4. Well suited gun for both defense and offense

i chose sniper, as i've been playing it the most recently. it is also my 2nd most played kit, just behind AT. and believe me it isn't uneffective. and no i dont spam the claymores either. i use them as they're supposed to be used, to cover my position or to defend a flag. was playing on mashtuur yesterday and the amount of flag defence points i got just from placing a claymore at the backyard:laugh:
the few times i was on the huge building that overlooks the bridge, i got so many kills from it as it covers alot of ground. you have a clear view of 2 flags, and the surrounding area of 2 more. and so many times have i and many snipers alike probably saved your asses by taking a bloke out who was on his way to you, or took his life to within one shot from death.

Sniper is also known as the Pilot kit... didn't you know?

Why do so many of you dislike snipers?

WTf sniper is winning? Wow you guys are missing out, sniper has got to be by far the worst kit. Its so boring and not effective.

I bet some will now say "sniper kit is effective, j0ur just a n0Ob," well, you can be a lot more effective with ANY other kit.

Do you get kicks out of cheap clay kills? least skill-requiring weapon in the game.

I'm going to have to disagree with you there. Are you just unable to get a headshot, from distances, or do snipers not fit in with your suburban (Karkand) environment?

Like the Neptune said, Snipers are never the MVP of a round...more like a side-show distraction. But I guess the OP was just asking what your best kit really is...not whether you're of any value with it.

So it is all about the points, eh?

I h8 snipers for the gaymore free kill(s).

I also h8 it when your SL decides to be a gaymore whore rusher in a close quaters combat part of the map. I honestly yell at them over VOIP and tell them to be something useful for the squad so we can cap a damn flag or something... Then again, some people can manage well as a sniper so it really depends on the player skill.

What I really h8 is when one or more losers spam there gaymores on spawns/flags. It's not really a FPS anymore when that happenes... ::sigh:: *leave and find a new server... again *

What else would a sniper do in a QCB, it's your own fault for playing with them. The only claymore spamming I've seen was in Karkand and Warlord. Which have been dubbed whore maps. Play on open air maps, you will see snipers using claymores to defend flags, or to defend themselves.

This is much different than last year. It might have something to do with IO. I posted the first poll not long after IO was released.

shoot i meant to select MEDIC. i recently discovered the power of the ak101 and it has just been a gift from god. but i use mostly sniper rifle now since i hate dying all the time.

Alah has truly blessed his MEC children with the AK-101. Look what God gave the USMC :cry:

Also, assault is my favorite kit. It compliments how I play perfectly. Some brutes find that blitzing in spraying the PKM is the best way to go but with a well timed flashbang/smoke grenade you can blitz in and take out people with your grenade launcher and sweep in and take out the survivors with your trusty M16/F2000.
