That happens so many times. The game is addictive. I like screwing around and doing funny things, laughing with people, sometimes you get into a good squad with people who want to have a fun time and it's a fantastic experience.
But that's not taking it seriously.
There are times when the game is fun, or satisfying in a "gotcha" kind of way, but if you start falling into the trap of taking it seriously, you'll soon find yourself on a server where the commander or your squad leader sounds like he's in grade school, and that kinda deflates the feeling that the game is so serious and important.
It's neither.
