40c is freazing for a video card, most new cards run 65c load

so your card isent overheating, it just could be going bad, or be drivers, you might want to clean the old ones out using driver cleaner pro.

Graphic glitches like that happen from time to time to me too. No overclocking, latest drivers, and no overheating.

Here's a few screenies I've taken:







A restart normally sorts it out.

Weird. Though the pimped up tank is kinda cool!
