It would have been better for EA to lick their wounds and offer more maps rather than offer some Global Score and a Gold Star.

For EA to even monkey with the stats simply reinforces the fact that stats mean sweet nothing. I mean really, we all knew the stats were not updating, not getting our medals in our war chests and we all knew there was the likely possibility that all that was gained would not show up. Yet we all were still playing and having fun - weren't we?

Scores are a farse and truely mean nothing as to your abilities within the game especially when EA simply throws some points out their in an effort to smooth things over.

Sure I like to see my total kill/death counts for each kit/weapon but the points or score truely mean nothing. I want more maps!

LOL I just started playing again a few days ago after taking about a 5 month break and I just got 2K free points. Im pretty sure I didnt play at all during the "nipplegate 2K7" I mean the stats outage. I always play on 64 player servers so maybe it screwed up.

I scored much more than that and got many more Golds. But I guess that's better than nothing. Some of my accounts got no points though.

I only got a 1000 points and a gold star ? thought I was ment to get 2000 points. Anyhow does not make up for the jet time and jet kills i got , this game is hard enough with all the smacktards tking u for a jet .
