Hello there,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us about the June stats outage, and the compensation players have received. We want to outright apologize for the outage, and for the inconvenience we realize this issue caused, and assure you that steps have been put into place to safe guard against such a thing happening again. We value all your feedback and want to let you know it is all passed on.
However, if you were one of the players who participated on a 64 player server we regret that those scores are lost and cannot be recovered. The Support team cannot compensate above and beyond what has been given to all players affected. We are really sorry for this and wish there was more we could do to assist you.
Should you have any further questions or troubles, please just let us know.
Sincerely,
EARep Philip
