I have a question, what do yaw and pitch sensitivity do? I experemened today and I couldnt tell a difference. I do play on 10 mouse sensitivity tho.

Lol! Hows your aiming? Can you hit something smaller than a barn with that sensitivity?

Playing with sensitivity 10 is the only way to own with a kb/m, ask one of the 1337. (also my mouse is crud)

But honestly I cant see any dif. that with yaw/pitch on 1

Well, mine is set to 2 and i can fly pretty well, so i dont see the point in setting it to 10. It wont make you turn faster it'll just make it harder to controll the jet.

mouse keyboard all the way. There is no limitations with that combo - just buy the right mouse - G5 BABY

Thats funny... I manage to shoot the inside of bunkers still, with all my settings maxed out on my logitech 3dpro. I even fly at exactly 830 - 850 meters to strato run all day long without losing control (unless I've had a few beers). Now look, youve had metallica, N2K, and myself all tell you the same thing, if you want to be hardheaded and limit yourself, go ahead but your only handicaping your own gameplay.

Personally I can tell when someone is flying mouse and keyboard, its jerky and it looks like they are flying drunk... those are the guys that when you lock up when in a bombing run, smack the ground or lose it and hit a tree. You can litterally wear someone down flying m+k vs. js. just force them to keep making aerial maneuvers, they get tired, what takes a js pilot to only hold the joystick in one direction the m + k pilot has to actually work a little more, it doesnt sound like much but round after long round it will.

The bottom line is this, if you want to be succesful in the jet, why the hell would you handicap yourself? as far jets go, the ONLY way to go is JS, unless you:

A: want to prove a point

B: like to make life difficult when your flying

C: just want to enable more repetitive topics like this that have been resolved, proven and long been put to rest.

I can't believe these newbies think m/k is good, haha. I flew 90 hours using keyboard only before I got a joystick, the difference it made is amazing.

Ive seen very talented M+K pilots out there, no doubt. Have seen better joystick pilots though.

I concur and I'm one of em Seriously though, the reason I can compete with and defeat alot of JS piliots (Metallica & N2k exempt) is because I've pretty much mastered both defensive and offensive tactics that empower me to over come what I lack for in manueverability.
