I'm afraid the Internet here will remain Satellite-based for quite some time, if not ever.

I'm taking a one month vacation around mid-august. I'll make a post about it when I come down so you guys can come play with me. :)

Actually they deprive the team of the valuable asset, by refusing to cooperate in a 2-player vehicle.

At least by hovering in a safe zone, I am not costing my team tickets with pointless deaths.

And why don't I TK? That's an ethical question and if you think TK'ing is OK then you will never understand any answer I can give you.

its usually a direct coronation to that little number right under their name on the left, their age. most of them just don't understand and cant comprehend maturity let alone practice it.

Right, because people like me, Tiki, Predrag, etc... we're costing the team by soloing. ROFLMAO

I don't know what you're smoking, but I sure want some for those days I feel like being retarded.

Power, your arguments in offense to soloing are legit, and I dont disagree with them. But trying to convince anyone that having selfish fun over the net has anything to do with maturity level isnt really right. Its anonymous and victimless violence in order to have your own fun. The cost? Bitterness and disappointment for the guy who was redlined. You can call redliners and soloers selfish immature bastards, but dont forget that most of those soloers ask that gunner to leave first and then go for the drastic measures. Its a lose lose situation.

You redline the sucker and make him unhappy.
You fly him around, fail at your task and die, and you feel unhappy.

There are six billion blokes who are out there you can do good to, but none of them will make you as good as when you do good to yourself. So why bother?

Redlining should be offered as an elective at all major Universities.

                    We are talking publics here...
Most public servers contain people just playing a game...
                    children, sons, daughters, fathers...

Redlining is egoistic, no question about it...
But everyone plays the game for their own enjoyment...
And I don't mean to spend my time teaching people tv missile...

But I am ganna throw up the next time I hear the 'team' arguement...

                    Join a clan for teamwork..!

I didn't mean to create this a big a thread. I only wanted to know what redlining was. Seems like people have been waiting to get it off their chests for a while then. :)

Here's an insurance policy against redlining - it's called play Spec Ops, and stick C4 on the heli.

                            You never understand anything.

You stick the C4 to the helo and if the pilot will try to redline you, you bail and blow the fcker up.

Oh, and if God is playing and reading this, an ERYX/SRAW to the windscreen also works.
