I play a lot of BF2 in Australia and always play for the team, encourage people to squad up and generally people clamour to get into my squad as it is always a fun and rewarding experience.

I never cheat, hack, or do any of the other disruptive crap that you see on the serves that get people banned ......

Having said that, I am a cheeky bugger and like to stir it up quite a bit but never in an offensive or hurtful way.

Whay am I telling you this? Well I was a frequent poster on a forum here in OZ that was tied to an isp that hosts the majority of the BF2 servers. Always posted interesting and funny stuff but I had no time for the negative posters who always put others down and regularly made asses of themselves. So I made no bones about telling those types what a bunch of tards they were, often in ways that seemed to irritate the forum masters.

They banned me from the forums and when I logged back in under a new email they then BANNED ME FORM THE GAME SERVERS PERMANENTLY! I seemed to have made an enemy in the upper ranks it seems.

Now I consider this way out of the ballpark as far as fair goes.

So I bought a new CD, changed my ip address through ipconfig/release etc and started a new account so I could play with my buddies again.

But Within seconds of logging in my new CD key was banned! How did they know it was me! I am not hardware banned as I can play on other servers!

Please you smart types. Tell me how they knew it was me and how to I get around this travesty of a ban!

And forum masters, please reconsider before deleting this post as I am being 100% honest. All I am guilty of is putting a few forum a-holes in their place and we all know that that is a good thing.

Well I have not read through the whole thread as it was boring me listening to all the immature flamming.

How I see things is someone is innocent until proven guilty so I will treat you that way ( unlike the childish gimps that mainly post in here )

Right the reason they knew it was you again is when you did the ipconfig and refresh it did not actually change your ip address. Depending on your isp will depend on how you can change your ip address. With some you might be able to disconnect from isp and leave disconnected for a few hours and then connect. If that does not work ( majority wont as your ip address is registered at the isp end to you ) then you need to phone your isp and ask them to re-run you through the dhcp server.

On the note of being banned from all game servers and it is in fact true what you say about not doing anything other than post flames at a few people in forums then you need to contact EA exaplaining that as a customer of thiers you would like help with blatant abuse from server hosts. Explain how a company is allowed to DENY EA customers form using the servers because someone with admin rights on those servers do not like that person.

Thanks man. rest assured it is only because of two admins in a forum that took a disliking to me. In fact, 3 other admins are trying to help me out. But anyway, I appreciate your honest and helpful reply unlike the other halfwits who flamed me.

I already worked out that ipconfig etc etc only changed my local ip not my wide ip and have sence changed that too by contactcing my isp.Logged on with new CD key last week and so far so good! HAHAHAH.

Wish there were more like you in the world. I thought about contacting EA as well as my ban for LIFE is way over the top for just stirrring **** up (all very good naturedly but just being a cheeky bugger, no swearing, no abuse, just pushing nazi bloody admins a bit too far....they said if I continue to ;pst they will ban me permanently from the servers but I didnt think they wound be such pricks. So I did contiune to post (not anything bad, just normal stuff) and they perma banned me....Assholes.

Dairuka is not a feminine name, because it is not a Japanese name. I realize that the a at the end of my name would insinuate that it is a female name should it's origin be from Japan, but since this is an *original name with no ethnic roots or stylings, it should be considered unisex at worst. It only resembles a Japanese name due to it's simple syllable structure.

Don't believe me? Google the name. The only reference to anybody that isn't me, is found in a collection of typos on Japanese and Greek web-sites. The rest are of my past web-board history and such.

As for the catgirl? It's a long-running joke from the **Shadowbane web-boards.

*Original is a nice way of saying made up.

I do understand from both points but if I was to judge I would say you got what you got if you broke the forums rules. But in saying that you got some good help from others and may be the matter should be closed by the admin on this forum. Before you start thinking that no one cares

It really is all in the context, not in the content.

There is no outrage here, only a lack of humor on the part of Godwin's law.

Nazi jokes aren't funny. Not because they're offensive, but because they're about as lame as an episode of Ellen live. Worse yet, comments on the Third Reich usually lead to heated arguements, especially when it's compared to an administrator or poster. This is why it's typically ban-worthy material on most web-boards.
