Ive managed to shoot down a slow-flying j10 with a chopper before its ok to do unless there are other aircraft about or you will make a nice easy target.

yea but the point is, you dont need to slow down at any time, its unnecesary

theres always an exception. sometimes the chopper pilot really doesn't want to be shot by a jet, so the jet must slow a bit to recalculate his lead

Why do you think slowing down is cheap Predrag? If it can be done in the jet, of course people are going to do it. It's technique. If you don't like it, don't get in a chopper. Maybe you should stick to the guns for a while.

You come across as one of the higher regarded pilots on the TBF2 forums, I really didn't expect a thread like this from you...

Slowing down is fun as hell, it really pisses off a chopper team. A pissed off chopper team just isn't going to be as good throught the match. Usually I keep taking runs at them in missile mode, but don't fire anything, really pisses them off. If they're stuck in a barrel roll, it sometimes distracts them enough to crash. :p

no he's right, if a jet has to slow down to strafe you then the jet pilot is clearly a nub

                        lol

seriously flying slow to me is cheap, low, and noobish

                        ever felt like a noob??

when you get owned or something???

well thats how I feel when I slow down in a jet so I never do it

only time u really need to slow down is when u repair(carrier)

not really neccesary when flyin over a repair tower

I dont get annoyed because I get killed, I get annoyed coz I dont understand how dumb some people can be, even after spending hours playing this game

dont reply and say "its only a game"

its not only a game, u play with real people, stats dont matter, the way you interact with others matters, dont come into a server and start actin stupid, I bet you wouldnt be doin that if you were playin real sports with that many people

How is flying slow cheap? You sound like a whiny little pre-schooler who just got ganked for some Legos.

Dude. If you are able to fly at slower speeds in any aircraft, then why not do it? You're gonna' sit there and say you're pulling 100percent power in your chopper all the time when you are conducting exercises and maneuvers? I know you must use different power settings depending on scenario's, whether it be taking out a tank or an FAV speeding away from a base. Sometimes you just have to slow down.

I think you just need a vacation from BF2 for a day or so man. Or go play some IO and take it easy. You gotta' switch it up so you don't have noobus-breakdowns like this.

                            Pred gets mad easily.

But seriously...slow down. It makes it easier for me to track you so Pred can fire a TV.

lol r u saying that I posted this coz I get owned by jets often???

                              well ur wrong

if u need to slow down that means that u cant take ur target at full speed

why cant u take it out at full speed?

why do you need to slow down and become an easy target??

                              think about it

If a jet is gonna' slow down to shoot at me when Im flying around in a chopper, and that jet downs my chopper, the jet has succeded. Slow, fast or even like a noob. If it gets someone a kill, it's good for them and bad for you.

Everyone has different styles of play. To each his own.

You want some cheese to go with that whine?
