i know you can kill full health armors....with 2 bombs at the same time but not singles because they repair as soon as they get hit. And it has to be angled so the hit radius is small.

Like I said...

That was an old video, and on wake, you can't just bomb right off the bat with J-10's in the air or you will get raped.

Lol all you did was baseraping, doesn't take that much skill :)

Well its true though...if you have a high ping, the odds of you sticking a missle to something with a small hit box is slim to none...and I mean cmon its the eurofighter...

If you dont believe me, look for a server where you have a ping of around 20ish and watch what happens when you fire missles at jets like the J-10, Eurofighter, F-18, and so forth...your missles will hit them like they were on a mig with very little chance of missing.

only way youll stick one on that is by some really lucky missle or hope they fly straight and you gun them down, but that is very unlucky to happen with yUP since he also looks at his rear cam

when there was some people with pings around 10ish in their server yUP was getting missles sticking it to his eurofighter like it was going out of style lol :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

Ive got about (an estimated) 1500 hours in jets, most of it pre 1.2 patch with an average ping of 150. I took it up a notch at one part of my "gamers career" when I didnt know jack about ping and latency and played on servers with 250 and up to 400 ping aswell (got the most of hacking accusations back then aswell). Heres what I know-

Chances of hitting arent exactly slim to none, but youre not overexaggerating to the max either. Its definitely worse to hit than playing with a lower ping.

Youre more likely to be hit because your total reaction time is 200 ms + your ping. A 200 ms ping creates a reaction time of up to 500 ms. Youll get a registered hit before youve released the flares and you can see things "different" from your perspective than the player whos playing 10 ms against you.

But the art comes from trying to figure out once again what works and what doesnt. For example I just lured my opponents up in the 300+ altitude where I got a very high hit probability at all times, regardless of MY ping. If they were above 400, they would be hit.

Now, I worked my *** off to keep track of the jets so they would venture to the appropriate altitude, but as such it just kept making my tracking skills better.

EDIT: Oh and forget cannons with 150+ ms ping, haha

lol when i tried an australian server before using the cannons i didnt even get a hit even though i was right behind the person flying nearly straight...so i just went missle and spammed em...when it didnt hit I just kept on his six with the missle lock till he decided to slam himself to the trees :laugh:

also with high ping the missle seems to take a second or two to actually release and fire so you have to keep them longer on the screen =(

Yeah, training grounds for lagshooting, eh? Its cool to aim about 2 jets in front of where youd regularily aim and see the jet catch on fire :laugh: ... its like... TEH MAGICK!!!!1

Yeah, you know when its fun though? You invite some US bugger for a 1 on 1 into an European server and watch them try cannons hopelessly, spam all their missiles and then run for reloads. :laugh:

hmm not bad but still...that technique will not work on armor columns on a fighter because the bombs usually leave it to 1-2 bars on just 2 bombs and a couple of cannon rounds are necessary when its multiple engineers on armors

with the bomber its better to spread than actually aim it all on 1 spot

also...is it just me or was he flying slow? slow jets = dead jets cause you can be hit by anything especially tv guides
