I was once kicked over a year ago from a server. I hopped on their ts and asked why. I was told that the reason for the kick was because I was gunning down infantry with the plane.

I had a good laugh and left.

That Illusion @$s hat is the biggest offender of admin abuse. DigitalAnarchy is infamous for booting people who take a vehicle they might want, banning for flying a jet, banning for flying a helo, banning if you start killing too many of them, playing on the opposite sides of their members too much. These imbeciles banned me for taking up an F35 and shooting down thier Jets that were raping our carrier, when I asked why I was banned they said I should have used the F35 to cap a flag instead of flying around shooting down other jets heres the link http://www.digital-anarchy.com/forum...pic.php?t=1279 When you ask for why they treat people so harshely they say join up and you wont have to deal with that anymore, so they basically black mail you into joining. I just read through some of that drivel. Well there is 30 IQ points I'll never get back. That has to be some of the most ignorant crap I have ever read. "He donates so he can do what he wants."? hell I have been playing on the UniSol 24/7 Wake server alot recently, so much so that they asked me to join their clan but I told them I just left a clan and wanted to lone wolf it for a while

for those of you that dont know that server, they got some stupid rules and a few good ones like...

1) not allowed to attack uncaps - ok not a BAD rule
2) not allowed to cap flags with helo (they called it "no flag hopping") - ok not a BAD rule
3) not allowed to take F35 to airfield and bail out to take cp, to cap the airfield USMC MUST have 2 flags on either side of the island and work their way to the airfield (their reason is it will make the round last longer making for higher scores) - kind of a stupid rule to me
4) no stealing enemy aircraft, if you cap the airfield and the PLA helo is there you are NOT allowed to take it - TOTALLY FVCKED UP RULE
5) no raping the last flag (I got to know this rule quite well as thats what I thought the point is if your in a helo and PLA has 1 flag left you rape the sh!t out of them till your ground troops can move in and take flag) - another stupid rule

Rules 2 through 4 are in violation of ROE. 5 maybe if they don't allow you to take the last flag.

Server owners admins etc have to follow the bf2roe. Some of the rules these people are making are not allowed by EA. I knew what clan the original post was about before I even read the name. They will kick you for almost anything. They will also make the rules up as they go.

Here is what I suggest. Get screen shots. Report the abuse to bfroe.com. Then do just what you have done. Post so others know and then just aviod the servers. There are several places that have sections about players/servers to avoid. There are also a few post about the bf2roe and if these rules are allowed. I am sure if you play around enough this won't be the last time you run into these things. Although that clan has more rules than any I have seen I stop by because they usually play maps I like. When it gets to silly I just leave. Still only a game and not worth getting upset over.

BFROE does not enforce the rules nearly enough. that being said, it is nice to bring violators of bfroe to light in the forums and tell others of abusive admins like Digital Anarchy, but to dwell on it I think is toxic to the enjoyment of the game.

BFROE has the $h1t detail of finding and cleaning up these retards, as for us I think we could fix the problem by just playing elsewhere, there are a lot of good servers out there, on the west coast there is alaskan assasins and they admin very well and it's a stable server.

Personally I'd rather see which servers have alot of admin abuse since that most affects my enjoyment and I can better steer clear of those servers. The post I made about Digital Anarchy and their abusive habits was number one to inform my fellow bf2 players, hence I gave links to thier forums that incriminate far better than anything I could ever say, second, I'm glad you all got a good laugh at their expense and see them for the twits they are, and third and probably most important, learn from their a$$hattery and if and when you do ever admin a server for this game or another game, dont be the laughingstock of the gaming community that Digital Anarchy is.

Must be the laughing stock of the community that has a full server 24/7....lol all you noobs complain way to much...if you don't want to play at our server and follow the rules then fine...

its still gonna stay full 24/7 lol.

The rules are fine, I just believe you should be able to pursue someone your chasing even if they enter their base without any problems, but not attacking anyone else.

not sure what rule you are talking about...but base rape is allowed as long as you have most of the flags.

Yeah, I have bein' kicked/Banned for some BS reasons myself.
I have bein' playing BF2 for about 2 years and I have always followed the rules of servers as long as I can remember. So, some of these bans were the biggiest BS reasons ever.
ok, this one was pretty bad.
ok, I was playing on a SF server (a Ghost town Only). I was doing already, until is ***-hat Aimbot comes in. This A-hole was shooting me pass the fog of war and also hitting me while I was in-between buildings and behind things. He was sniping at me for a while and then he started to waste me face to face with his DAO. Then Finlly an admin comes in and over heards me telling off the guy and calling him a hacker/aimboter. OF COUSE! the guy and the admin were in the same clan and it was thier server. So, I told the admin what was going on, but the admin wouldn't do anything about it. While I was talking to the admin and trying to play at the same time, The Aimboter shoots me in the head and kills me while I was on the top of the high building on Ghost town and I was alway from all the sides and I had my back to this little side building. I was totally out of anyones firing path, but somehow the Aimbot just got me. So, I told the admin about that, but he wasn't buying my story and though I was full of it. so, then I see the ban come on and off the server I when. The Ban message like something like "He wasn't hacking or something". I couldn't even beileve how many BS that ban was. I hate clans that protect their own members, when cleanly one of them had an aimbot or hack on or even clans that all use hacks.
