why is ramming so shunned in this game?

i've never done it on purpose but it does seem like a pretty valid tactic if you ask me... that is if you do like dieing.

the odd time i've done for instance shooting a chopper and they pull towards, even though you kill it, the carcase hits you, all they see is the kills and your death, and usually shout noob...lol

because there is no valid reason to ram, other than pure laziness or because you completely lack the skill to take out the enemy otherwise.

I wasn't talkin intentionally, I just hate being called a noob when the debris from a chopper or whatever hits you and u die, thats all the dead peeps u killed see...but noob is such a over used word.....but whatever, i play the game for fun, if you have to call people names in the game to make your self feel better then whatever floats your boat..lol.

Hold on there bud, I never said I called anyone any names in the game; that would be out of line, not to mention a waste of time.

If I am rammed on accident, that's a totally different story and is understandable / forgivable; it happens.

whenever i ram i shoot what ever it is a couple of shots then bail out and let the jet hit it - almost always kills it and u get the kill and if u bail over a flag u get flag cap points aswell

I ram if the difference between me and the enemy is HUGE - i.e. FAV+C4 vs tank, or Blackhawk VS Z-10.

Ramming with a jet is noobish, ramming, or rather, scraping people with the blackhawk is awesome. Ramming **** with the blackhawk is still "noob" though, unless you're almost definitely going to die. Hell, it carries as much power as a bomb from a jet if you use it right, even more if you C4 it.

Its seen as "bad" because it take no skill what so ever, and its not something that you can avoid in most cases.
