Servers like that i've gotten like 200 kills and then I get bored

One guy was 1-1 but the rest had negative K/D ratios I started feeling bad for them lol.

If you were busy shooting down other planes and not worried about getting all the cheap kills on the ground then you wouldn't be bored.

Nothing personal, but there's something wrong in a game, when a player can get 100+ - 0 scores flying a plane around, usually unchallenged. There's something wrong when a jet has enough time to see and pick me ( a lone infantry ) out of a grove of trees and shoot me with his planes guns... He has too much time on his hands.

I've been on servers where there was 3 of you doing it, all on the same side team, and I have to wonder 'What do they get out of this? God mode is only entertaining for so long...'

50 kills? don't make me laugh, I need 10 mins in a plane for a badge towards my next promotion I don't fly them for the following reason.If you'd like a plane please form an orderly queue at the end of the runway,whilst waiting half of the game for an aircraft to respawn. But don't get over excited when it appears you will probably be team killed before you get near it, failing that an ironic arty strike will finish you.I can't see the attraction in people wanting to continually fly around and around the map, might as well buy MS flight sim.

I only bought this game to fly the choppers...

Yer, I agree - I go on the same servers here in Australia, and it is the same people who always stay in the jets. They are very good at it, but in my opinion become these on dimensional players who, for the most part can only get kills while flying.

I think if you only stick to flying, you are not getting the full experience of the game.

It's a good thing those enemies had medics with them, that you happened to miss every time, huh? :laugh:

Ive seen an infantry player go ~70~80 kills and 0 deaths in a server with a 800 ticket count. Pay attention, infantry player. What was different, was the lack of challenge.

If youre in a jet, you can POTENTIALLY (important word) be under no fire. Put in some competition, or give him a competent STA operator, and things will go differently.

Ive given up on all people complaining about air balance in BF2, when I remember that mostly its me, and me alone in the entire team who actually gives a toss about downing a jet, or a chopper.
