No you don't. Just follow the same instructions as for the 1.4beta test.

Make a copy of your BF2 folder.
Install patch.
If it doesn't work then delete the current BF2 folder and rename the original that you copied.

Errr, yeah but it's not exactly news. Anyone who bothered to test the 1.4beta kind of know this already :)

You can't drop then on buildings and there is also a wind effect so you can't kill someone standing still. They don't damage assets when they blow up either.

Seems the .eam-files get overwritten everytime I restart EAD, so any changes I do to the files get lost.

I've just edited the files and reinstalled EA downloader. Upon start up I saw it in there but then it vanished?

Am I missing something?

edit My Downloader has NO patches for download at all. Just trailers??
