Because this is a bug. The game has deteriorated as a result of the patches. Posting in the support forum will get me people trying to fix the problem through means I have already tried numerous times. This is something Dice probably still doesn't even recognize.

I have an EN7600 GS 256MB and I pull off 70-90 FPS in Karkand with all on high, 4x AA, full view distance, 1280x1024.

Downloading NVtray and setting the max frames to render ahead to zero helps a little.

But I sure as hell don't get

with my 7900.

I think people don't understand that when you're out in the open any decent card can pretty much get 90+ frames. Its when the $hit hits the fan that even a quad SLi setup will be bogged down by this crappy game.
