    Who bails a jet

EDIT: Anyone who wants to find me: Go to "my servers:" "Battlefield.no" and "TV2."

On "Battlefield.no" there are no UCB attacks, which makes aerial combat much harder. On TV2 there are almost no rules, not even against TK according to my experineces :P (I often gets M95ed)

If any US challenges, please post a decent eastcoast-server, due to lag :)

Bah I read this whole thread and there was no video. Dammit. Its not about if you'd win, everyone here really just wants to see two good pilots flying at it. Thats what people want. I've watched videos from some pretty damn good pilots here. All of which have impressed me, with some pretty impressive manuevers, that would lead anyone to believe that someone is a Lock On, or X-Plane fan here.
I think that you guys could still have a match, in a fair enviroment. Say Gulf Of Oman, 64 man version of Clean Sweep? I'd even be willing to host the game, if it would be just two people.

Also not to be mean, but being in Amsterdam, either way is going to make that ping be kind of high right? Ping can effect you, either good or bad. I am still curious to see someone do a 1v1, and make a video of it dammit! I read all 15 pages for NOTHING.

Also on a personal note, EA is going to have to do alot better if they want my money on 2142. I will not be paying for 2142 is one vehicle dominates the whole map, because of an imbalence, that they're to lazy to fix. Would been of nice to see the F-22 Raptor in this game, they put the F-35B in, which isn't even in service yet.

If there's no movie of J10 vs. F35, how about a movie of J10 vs. an AA site? Could tactics prevail, too?!
Or perhaps ground troops are not supposed to have a fair fight against jets?
1.2 missile, that was a nice missile! Just as it was supposed to be: agile and lethal. But they couldn't get it right. It was bouncing on trees and objects. Instead of fixing that, they made it stupid again. That's retarded!
The only real way of escaping from a good missile should be using flares. But flares don't work, either. So instead of fixing flares, they reduced the threat of missiles.
Too many things are not working as they should, too many chances of finding balance have been lost.
If I could have done something about it, air vehicles would have got enough (working) flares and the missiles would have been lethal and long ranged. And I guarantee you, that would have been more fun than what we have now!

I kind of agree with you. Even though I like the F-35 beeing the challenge.

AA-missiles requires flares in the JSF. Even with flares, they tend to hit, at least one of them.

Flying in BF2 is a lot more tactical in the JSF then in any other jet. Bombers may use some of the same tactics, but no manouver is trasferable.

I have already said I am interested in a fight, with anyone making it a fight that really is hot.

I can't help but laugh reading this thread. It has all the drama of a elementary school yard fight where so-and-so is going to meet so-and-so behind the 7-eleven at 4 o'clock and the whole class wants to watch.:laugh::laugh:

And no, I'm not poking fun at or trying to belittle anyone with that comment so don't get huffy. :)

After all this hype...comes a smoke grenade.
Nobody wants to have a go?
I don´t mind to fly the J-10, but has I only abaut 10 minutes of flyght in a jet I would be owned by any pro´s here .

P.S: - At least I learned some very good tips to use when I set my mind to fly.

i hate j10s ,give us a shoulder mounted weapon so we take them out ,im sick of pilots just spamming the flags, and getting 10 odd kills each time ,there is no skill involved.

Don't blame me. I can't force SMOKEJUMPER to meet me for a face off. Of course the people who are still curious about what would/will happen are idiots.

I say we have a tournament of noob pilots. Those that have less than 10 hours of flight time in a jet (like myself).

Again planewhore its not really about seeing who would win, but its just seeing your flying style. People like that. Even if its a tank vs infantry and someone recorded it, I am sure people would watch it. Its just the whole concept that we were lead on all the way till page 15 about how there maybe a video.

Shoot perhaps the others here are interested in a face off with you, on a more 'balenced' map, with balenced planes? I'd be curious to see chris redfield, colony, Planewhore, and metallicagutarst go at it.
