Spawning on your squad leader still doesn't work flawlessly; sometimes you have to keep pressing the button.
    What evidence do you need?

Re: 1.4 Feedback and Error Reporting

I would like to point out three annoying "bugs" that have remained since 1.00. I believe they are independent of my computer. I have not tried the 1.4 beta but I strongly believe these are not corrected as of yet.

Event - In the Favorites menu there are these white entries that are not actually made favorites but that I have recently played in. Only the first page of these white entries work. If I try to scroll the list further down the list just stays on the first page
Source - Favorites meny in the server browser.
Reproduced Successfully? - Very easy, try it out :)

Event - Port of the server that I'm currently playing in does not show correctly when holding TAB, right clicking and trying to get the server information. Sometimes the IP is unavailable as well.
    Source - Try any server.
Reproduced Successfully? - Yes, happens nearly all the time.

    Event
    - Not able to select spawn point when pressing CAPS and selecting the squad screen. This is one of the most annoying things! Why can I only choose the spawn point when in the weapon selection screen? I also think that spawning should only occur _after_ pressing Done, not during selecting the spawn point and weapons and when the 15 second fill up...
Source - Any server, any map, any gamemode.
    Reproduced Successfully? - Yes

Thanks for you attention. Keep up the good work with the excellent game. :)

Re: 1.4 Feedback and Error Reporting:

Please reconsider 'infantry mode'. All that was needed was a mode that did the following:
    • Replace Tanks/APCs spawns with Heavy Jeeps
    • Replace AA vehicle spawns with Light Jeeps
    • Remove Jets
    • Replace Attack Helicopters spawns with Transport Helicopters (i.e. USMC Wake Island 2007 carrier would now have 3 Blackhawks)

That's it. Add this option for each map for whatever you want to call it and it would add new fun.

I think with all the changes made in the 'infantry mode' currently that its prone to major balance issues. Certain classes, like Medic, are godly while other classes like Engineer become useless.

    Please reconsider 'infantry mode'.

We appreciate you releasing the patch to the public in this BETA. This shows that you are listening to our concerns.

    To a solid 1.4 patch.

Except...I never complained about it. I'd rather be able to freely move, and be a good enough shot to kill the prone spammer/dolphin diver/bunnyhopper, then have the game dumbdown to a level of incompetence, not unlike Super Mario Brothers.

Ill double click a server to join it will go black for a second and then crash to desktop.
I'd like to second this, I've had several CTD's just clicking the Join Server button, no crash log however. I would like to add this happens the second you click the button, not after the map has loaded.

No need for my system specs, as this is feedback, not a bug report. The new map is nice, would have liked to see it a little brighter after all the gloom from SF, but oh well.

The prone to standing motion is absolutely horrible. Seemed like a full second before you could move after getting up from prone, and you can't shoot. Might as well have everyone line up, and put on bright red jackets with muskeets.
