how many of you guys spot airplanes and tank when you see them? i hate going into severs and asking people to please spot things and no one does it. almost every time i see an airplane of tank/apc i spot it. what about you guys?

I like to throw in the odd fake spot, just for a laugh. i.e. a boat capturing a flag, or a tank right beside a sniper on a hill. Silly I know, but thats me.

I try to spot the obvious things like jets tanks and copters.

i actually use the spotted feature to point out enemies to teammates and for myself. if i know the general direction of an enemy (say sniper) i would use the spotted feature to find out where they are hiding.

I actually think that I spot a little too much....countless times I have been blown away while spotting or miss a prime target from a plane or chopper trying to help others.... it is a thankless job-

I usually spot anything that I think might help my teammates, and was not previously spotted by commander, or UAV.
I find it very helpful when teammates spot objects for me to show up on the minimap. And I usually spot before I shoot at someone just incase I don't make it...

Good placement of UAV, and spotting the most important threats is usually enough. It makes no sense to spot lone wolves that are outside everyones reach.

Except that lone wolves can cause a mess of trouble. Spotting them never hurts - you might find that a few of your teammates can peel off to address them.

I spot everything that i see. If its not a big threat i wouldnt spot it like a 1 man assault but if its a group, APC, tank, chopper i would spot it or even a person arround the corner from 1 of my own team. Especially snipers.
