Create a new project in Premier and make sure in the custom settings you choose "uncompressed." In the settings is also where you choose your editing size and all that stuff. I made my editing size the same as my FRAPS video sizes, 800x600. When you export it, export the video uncompressed. When you save go to settings and make sure it says uncompressed, also there is more stuff in there as to what size you want your final video to be, I made mine the popular 640x480. The file is going to be HUGE when it saves... mine was 7 gigs... but after it saves uncompressed, that’s when you run it through Virtual Dub. Follow this thread, its helps a lot.
DivX is the best and works great, again follow exactly what this guy does and it will all work out.
Google only allows 100mb uploads.
