      On that note:

      It is pretty lame to be hoovering at a relatively safe distance and doing what you say "mowing down anything that spawns."
      Ok for a bit i guess in a support type tactic, but to sit there for 10 minutes.....

      come on guys......thats just lame. ITs not fun really.
      I would have kicked you as well. Because you and the pilot arnt the only ones trying to enjoy a "good" game.

        LOL Black Ops, figures.

        I made a post about these clowns a few months back. Long story short, I'm racking up 60+ kills a round in a plane on the BlackOps server. Which is fine of course, because I'm on the BlackOps clan stacked team to start. I switch over to the badly losing enemy team to help balance things out (now using the F-35B against the J-10 mind you) and start to annihilate their sad little clan. Next thing I know I'm getting booted for being a smacktard/planewhore (exact words used). Simply for playing the game.

        This happens to me a lot so I head to the Ventrilo server to hear first hand why this guy banned me. He eventually admitted to me in not so few words that "We kicked you because you left our team and we don't like dying to cheating pilots".

        Moral of this story: Avoid the BlackOps clan and related servers like the plague, they're a really lame clan that enjoys teamstacking and farming pub nubs and will ban anybody who gives them a good fight.

            Hey guys. I help run BLKOPS, and I'm an admin on the server. Churrasco, I've already sent you an email, and cleared your [temporary] ban. It would have auto-cleared itself in a few more hours. I was watching via bf2cc when this happened, and yeah, you were kickin' some serious ass in that heli.

            First things first - something is screwey with punkbuster... you were banned by an admin (not Pyroskab, he's not an admin) for the following reason:

            Spawn Killing - Kicked too many times before for me just to kick again

            You were absolutely NOT kicked/banned for "massive chopper ownage". I don't know why, but when we kick for custom reasons, PB does not show the message to the client properly. My admins do NOT kick for anything besides a violation of our server rules. And regarding the "stacking" of teams ... anyone in a clan knows that you're in a clan to play with your clanmates ... same with us. If we're "stacked" and absolutely owning, we almost always switch sides to even it out.

            I don't want to bore you guys, but let me explain a couple of things... BlackOps (or BLKOPS) today is not what it was six months ago. At the end of last year (oct 2005 - early jan 2006), we had a number of inidividuals in our squad who were complete a-holes. Some of these guys were admins as well. Back then we had less than ten admins. We slowly discovered that probably 50% of them were bad apples. These were the jerks that would kick you for "getting in my heli", or "being a smacktard" or "hacking" or even if you were just plain owning them. Let me assure you that every single one of these motherfvckers are no longer associated with BLKOPS. As a matter of fact, we trimmed the fat and deadwood and sh!theads from nearly 60 members down to twenty, and now we're back up nearly 60 quality members.

            We recruit only quality individuals. We no longer recruit based on skill, we recruit based on consistency of character. We kick the bad seeds out as soon as they start to display any type of negative behavior. We now have nearly 30 admins, each of them trustworthy, and each of them pay for the privilege. We have no problem kicking members out of the admin program if they are not following our code of conduct.

            To those of you who have had bad experiences in the past, I personally apologize. I can all but guarantee that any bad experience you've had on our server happened during the timeframe I mentioned above. If this is not the case, I'd like to hear about your personal experience.

            I encourage every one of you to come check out BLACK OPS 1 (64.69.47.107). We pride ourselves on creating a positive gaming experience, and providing a fun environment to play BF2. Our admins are very very active, and very fair.

            A handful of us have worked very hard for the past six months to clean up the huge mess left by former squad members. Our squad numbers are way up, we've got an large number of admins (at least one of whom is online nearly all hours of the day), and we have a full server almost 24/7. Give us another chance, or come try us out for the first time. We run a tight ship and you'll have fun.

            And Churrasco, I'll definitely see you on the battlefield.

                Alot of admins get angry when they realise you can do something better than them, and you give them alot of kills.

                I hate abusive admins.

                      According to this, from the BFROE:

                      Players may not use or exploit game mechanisms to artificially boost their score ("stats padding") and Server administrators may not knowingly allow or encourage this activity on their servers.

                      This would include but not limited to:

                      * § Knife-Pistol-Revive
                      * § Knife-Pistol only Servers
                      * § Knife only Servers
                      * § High Points Servers
                      * § Infantry only Servers
                      * § No Artillery or Armour Servers
                      * § Using Vehicles removed from battlefield for purposes of artificially inflating points
                      * § Turning boats upside down and repairing
                      * § Glitching inside buildings.
                      * § Modifying game files for vehicles and weapons.
                      * § Items not included in this list would be up to EA & DICE to interpret.

                      Repeated Spawn killing, IMO, definitely falls into this category. This category, specifically, is left open to intepretation. If someone is repeatedly killing players where they spawn, they're exploiting a game mechanism, don't you think? We do not allow or encourage repeated killings at specific spawn points.

                          Thank God, I finally had a decent pilot, and I was doing really great, downing almost all targets I shot at.
                          By the moment had 130 points, the admin, with no warning, kicked and banned me:

                          What is pretty stupid, because:
                          1. I was not flying.
                          2. It was not an uncappable, and we were trying to capture it. I just mowed down people that spawned to secure the flag.
                          3. I've never killed anyone in the carrier, althugh by their rules I could when we had all the flags.
                          4. I was not cheating.

                          Can anyone kindly connect to their server, and give me their website link so I can contact the admin:
                          64.69.47.107:16567

                          Thanks
                          Bro, the better you get in a helo, the more often you will be accused of cheating and get kicked from servers for any number of disconnected/false reasons. Just smile and move on to another server knowing that you bested them cleanly...

                              Admins can enforce that rule, and frequently do. Internode are a perfect example, but they also ban for typing long messages, for killing admins, for stealing vehicles.. they're some of the worst admins I've ever seen. I CBF reporting them though, I have no SS and furthermore, I've deemed them unworthy of playing on.

                              They can keep their scum-bucket control to themselves.

                                So what your saying is you basically are not allowed to hover around a base and kill people. Its 'considered spawn killing' first of all that is dalian plant. Both teams have a main base. So if you were getting killed up you could do something about it. There is nothing wrong with hovering and circle strafeing over a capturable base and killing people that spawn. In a helo your not suppose to take points with it, unless its clear and no one is spawning at that point. My rule is I never go and hover and expose myself to take a point unless its clear, and no one is spawning there..

                                I can't say i've played on this server, but judging from what happend here, I doubt I will ever play on it. Spawning killing, thats the first time i've heard of such a silly thing. He was holding back people spawning at that flag he killed an admin a few times and was banned simple enough to understand. Still nothing we can do about it. I've yet to see one server or one person that has been reported for abuse of power even so much is get a warning.

                                So I can't go into the base as support and mow down someone 3 or 4 times over and over when they spawn.. LOL Indianascout if you don't post you say on this man then I lose any respect for you. This is a crock of **** that admins like this can run their server to this setup.
