Overrated= SCAR L
Underrated= RPK 74, I choose this over the PKM anyday of the week.
Trees, I've seen trees take out more choppers and jets than AA, jeeps and Anti-Tank kits combined...
I agree with you on the RPK, it has the same accuracy as the PKM, butdoes more damage per second/minute than the PKM. ANyways, trees lol, havn't seen any n00b jet pilots nor chopper pilots crash into trees, that's cuz i don't play many jet maps.
I don't think that the knife is underrated, it is simply useless for me most of the time... I don't know the exact reason, but at least 70 percent of my would-be knife kills fail probably because of the poor hit-detection system and lag. I stand in the face of the guy (or sit on his back), I stab and he kills me...

THings you must do for knife kills, come at them from behind or from the side, sprint near them and go prone, and then knife them, a knife even to the foot is an instakill.
What guns do ou think are overrated and underrated? For me:
Overrated:
G36E, you can't go on a map without at least 6 people using them, not that much better than M16 in reality
G36C, it's an amazing gun, but people still make it sound better than how it actually is
F2000, i dunno if it's still going strong, but back in the 1.2 patch and pre-1.2 patch days, it was used so much because it had a scope, and did enough damage to kill in 3 shots
Underrated:
G3, even after the accuracy was upped, it was still underrated and underused
M16, great overall gun, even with burst fire, doesn't matter, 900RPM burst is good enough in CQC against 600RPM full auto
MG36, my personal favorite gun, it's kinda overshadowed by PKM and other guns (G36E)
Pistol: Actually very accurate, and standing, crouching, or proning doesn't affect accuracy
im sorry but u have no idea wat the g36e is all about if u say the m16 is better than it. the G36e out ranges the m16 buy at least 30% and has easier handling recoil than the m16, even though the G36e is not the strongest in firepower but it can definately kill a full health soldier faster than anything other gun in the game exept for the sniper rifles making headshots.

Read more carefully i said 'not much better than the M16 in reality', it's still better, but people still make it sound better than it is on this forum. And no, it doesn't outrange the M16, lol, you need a scope to outrange, the recoil is different, not better, so it's in peoples opinion if it's better or not, and no it cant kill a full health soldier faster than any other gun, as the M16 kills just as fast, also, an G3 headshot, AK headshot, Fn2000 headshot, SCAR-H headshot, RPK headshot, and pkm headshot all kill with ONE bullet in the head, the G36E needs two.

Try wolfi's weapontest mod (stickied in the EF forum) or FFOLKES unlock mod to test the EU weapons. The Benelli does a bit less damage than the pumps so it isn't a one-hit kill against armored targets but if fires noticeably faster. I prefer it to the pumps since I always seem to get killed while waiting to be able to fire the next shot with a pump. Since you can reload single shells like the pumps and the DAO-12 the 6-round mag isn't too much of a limitation. I wish it was an unlock so I could use it on ranked servers. Another great EU weapon is the specops' HK53; I'd take that over a SCAR-L any day.

Darn, the mod don't work, whenever i try to start it up, it just CTD.
I beleive all the base weapons are extremely underrated. As a matter of fact, I was pitted against a guy with a DAO and I had the "Pea-Shotter" a.k.a HK MP5. I owned him, and owned an Engineer with the MP7 with the SAME MAGAZINE!
Most overrated: MP7. No rating belongs to this gun. It is aweful. I am better and get more kills a round with SHOCK PADDLES then this gun. :|:

MP7 used to be beast, it was more acurate than the SMGs, and more damaging, it only had 20 rounds, but 20 rounds was good enough, and then they did an extreme nerf, bringing the damage and acc. to about the same as other SMGs, but has 40 round mag, but the jackhammer and the pump shottys do better.
