G3 is definately underrated, IMO I think its the best gun in the game.

the most underrated gun in the game i think is the mg36,that thing is a monster,its nice and quite to and has amazing accuracy in short bursts,ive mown down whole squads with that monster.thats my opinion.

I was playing karkand yesterday with the P90 that gun is AWESOME in a span of about 5 seconds I took out 4 guys and the same round I was in the alley way leading to the hotel (the one where everyone nade spams) late in the game and in about 6 seconds I took out another 3 the gun is awesome

He said the MG36, the defualt support guns are the SAW, RPK, and the Type 95LMG thingy. Anyways, i kinda take back saying that G36C is overrated, cuz i just played karkand with it, and it pwned.

Actually it's just bad.

guy, u should try that thing on single mode. ull find it pretty much the most accurate rifle there is, its just the recoil, alil big, and power, alil low. but its an exelent long range gun.

Nah, the M4, G36C and most of all, the QBZ-97 are more accurate in single shot, especially when comparing them when prone.

Underrated: RPK, Chinese Spec Ops Carbine (as accurate as the g36) , Saw (thing is a CHAINGUN), AK101 (thing is a headshot FIEND) MP7.

Overrated: m95, PKM (used to be good, till it got nerfed) l85 (horribly innaccurate, even at long range. the scope makes it easier to land long distance shots though)

I fail to see how PKM is overrated. I started using it PRE 1.2 when its accuracy is 20% of its current level, and I thought it was the best gun back then.

IMO, the MG36 was pure pwnage back then (more accurate than PKM), now it's about the same as the PKM (depending on user).

Same, it's just sad that the G36E can just do a speedroll to prone and kill the prone MG36 guy with one burst, that gun is just too overpowered.

Most underrated: Vehicle mounted .50 cals. I constantly blows me away that people often don't even try to shoot down choppers with these handy 'ol dealers of death. Hell, I've put down planes with those suckers.

Definitly. I've taken out more heli's on Dragon Valley with a veh mounted MG then with the mobile AA.

Not really. Three, if not all four (not sure about the AKS), of the other carbines are more accurate. The SCAR-L excels only in full auto performance.

I can only write knowledgeably about the M16 and G36E. Although I think the M16 is one of the better assault rifles, I find the G36E to be better all around. In my experience, the G36E is just easier to shoot accurately and for some reason, seems to knock people down more quickly.

You're right, and if you look at the weapon stats, the G36E is better than the M16 in every respect except for prone zoomed, where the M16 is very slightly more accurate.

If someone can explain to me how having a gun that is better in every respect from another, and still the same style (iron sites/ 3 shot burst) is balance, please tell me.

I don't play medic much anymore, but it still gets me flustered thinking about how blantantly over-powered the G36E is.
