i like in the last vid with the guy sneaking up on him how his gun is twitching as it follows the target....i say someone got cauught and he knows it.

I don't want to takes sides or anything, but that last "damning" video could easily be explain by a commander communicating with him or a squad member or someone on an external voip program.... just a thought

It doesnt take any balls to sit behind an anonymous computer under an assumed name and type to an audience you will never know or see.... ever. There's no smoke without fire, blind shots through fog and especially trees...i dont think so

I saw 1 shot through trees, your saying spam fire through trees into an area of Mashtuur that is renowned for players spawning in is not possible?

So the guy tracks an enemy, how can we be sure nobody spotted that enemy for him with Q-Spotting?

His kill streak is suspicious......I have a 36 kill streak I think and thats all down to J-10 on Wake nothing special......but 114? wow.....just wow.

the second video is definite (99%) not a cheat.. as you can see in the start of the movie,the enemy is driving a car, and "Phenom" is shooting at him, but when the car dissapear behind the mountain he turn the gun to shot at some other things.. but "phenom" knows the guy is probably coming up the road so he points it in that direction and the rest we see... i dont think this is cheating... and in the first movie .. i dont know.. lucky shot is all i can say.. the benefit of the doubt goes in his favour..

What this guy says is preposterous.
You shouldn't post this. I would have taken shots that were definitive proofs before busting him. Otherwise, even if there are minimal chances of forging an excuse, he will.

He's not cheating, that's just pure ownage. You can easely see the targets through the fog with their nametags showing up. It also depends how your graphic settings are set up.

holy cow... Clearly at least a no fog cheat. He wasn't just spamming at the engineer running by the mosque, he was tracking him. Even if someone Q spotted him it would be nearly impossible to track him like that because you have no way of knowing where your shots are hitting! And he just happens to be spamming spots at all the right times??? Like when snipers are hiding under solor pannels?
Why must so many try their very best to defend what is clearly cheating??? There is no way that he could get that lucky that many times on the same game. No way.

Without readin all the speculative threads, |cypershogun is without a doubt the ONE guy I know that I have seen in a server cheating 100% positive.

We were in a server and two of my clans mates were on the other side, |cyphershogun was on mine. He was killing EVERYBODY with the MIG. No matter where they went he knew where they were, and shot them. I was on TS with my clan mates and we were making a game out of it. They would spawn and move to a remote part of the map, I knew where the UAV was so I'd guide them away from it to be sure, and without fail he shot them. He even admitted it ingame chat and put up a link to the site he got the hack from, my buddy on the other team went to it and sure enough, it was a hack site, not MSX. I believe he has sceens from that round with some of the ingame chat.

Of course he is cheating and lying about it too. Put up a poll with this thread, lets see if most people think it is cheating. Did anybody notice the kill on the guy at the top of the stairs that the bullet missed by 2 or 3 feet yet killed him anyway?

At some point we are all going to have to download the hax just to re-balance play. This guy is just ahead of his time. I see people using these wallhax and no fog hax just about every time I play. I'm afraid that at some point it will be "since PunkBuster can't beat 'em, we might as well join 'em" at least the playing field will be level again.

Just the other night me and a bud are in armor (engies of course) next to each other retaking the flag at cement factory and we were getting shot by a tank on the top of the ramp near the square. We could see he was there because of UAV. I was in the APC and after 3 or 4 shots to blow up my vehicle the very next shots were exactly on target on my friend. I even moved to the side after the first hit and he tracked me for the kill. No UAV was over us either they were not lucky shots.

He wasn't shooting at nohting. You have to aim way over peoples heads to hit them that far away. With the mounted guns it's not an exact science. What he was doing is trying to get the correct height above the player's head for the kill.

He says a team mate spotted the guy. Although just because a dot shows up on your minimap doesn't mean you can track the person perfectly through a solid object like a hill. There is no way he would have been that precise just by following a dot on his minimap.

Yup, Im glad someone else has called this guy out. Auto-ER- and I were in the game at the same time as this clown. He referred me to a cheat site after I asked him why he could kill me with an F18 no matter where I spawned. He killed me like 15 times in a row. Hope this gets his stats reset....
