Someone on my team Q-Spotted him. If I was cheating I would have "Tracked" him much sooner. If you notice I turn like a second before he came over the hill after I saw someone spot him and he flashed on my minimap.

As for spamming shots across to the mosque steps, I do it all the time it where ppl just stand a lot of times.

Even if someone did spot him for you, there are still some suspicous things. First, your gun was RIGHT on him the whole time. It is hard to get that kind of accuracy from the minimap (where the spot would show up) and to do so you would have to be staring at the minimap and the minimap alone.

This presents a few problems. First, it would mean that you could only track him in 2-d while your clearly do so in the third dimension. On top of that, if you were following the mini-map, it would be incredibly difficult to know right when he comes over the hill and you shot him the instant he came over the hill.

Now, of course, none of this is definite proof on it's own. . . but if we think of converging evidence, it is pretty damning.

I don't buy the "q-spotted" explanation...you had the muzzle on him the entire time, and you shot him the instant his head popped up over the hill. Too precise, and too quick a reaction time, unless you're a fruit fly on methamphetamine.

Maybe it's just me, but using a hack would take all the fun out of the game for me. There's just no challenge to clubbing baby seals.

Listen guys,he admitted to me he cheated. He reffered me to the hax site he got it from. I never referred to him as a cheater and he said the hax site. I went to the site he said and it was clear. He killed me while I was hiding under a tree near the AA on the US side on Kubra. No where near a spawn. He killed EVERYONE as they spwaned. You see the video's. The proof is all before you.

Exactly. Why would he be tracking the guy instead of the direction of the guy but following the top of the hill? Not to mention that as he shot to the stairs the vodnik was slipping down the hill, adding another dimension of difficulty to a shot that would have been pretty near impossible, even with a steady hand over such a great distance, considering that the slightest deviation at the source would be magnified many times over the distance travelled.

I agree. All put together is pretty damning.

why not post the bf recorder file so we can see if someone on his team did spot the enemy troop coming upto him and check other things

This thread should be closed right now. Because so far there is no proof for or against him, all we have is "fishy" videos. Yes his stats are suspicious, but no actual proof, unless we see video of him playing in 1st person. It is possible somebody spoted the enemy, and from looking at his stats he has good sense of where enemys might be, from sheer experience of playing on the map, therefore we can't make any rational desicion based on these videos.

I've send all the relevent information and all the videos to EA, DICE, Punkbuster and PunksBusted which I am also on staff..

I will let them all decide on what is right and what is wrong..

should get an answer in a couple days I would think..

Although the video seems convincing, there really is no hard concrete evidence that is turely definite. The argument that he knew where to aim the most likely used positions with a certain vehicle at a certain location is valid as I have done so back in BF:Vietnam. Furthermore, the reason of him seeing hostile tags is very much credible, especially if his kills from this Vodnik was only few (4-5 kills in the span of 30-40 minute round??)

Isn't there a distance limit for names popping up? I do play at low graphics settings but I have been doing a lot of sniping from high hills around Dalian plant. I will put my M95 scope on targets clearly visible but a long way away and I get no ID tag popping up no matter how long it rests there.

The long shot by the mosque was not just spamming or pixel shooting. To learn to pixel shoot one would have to be in the exact same position to begin with, like at a fixed TOW launcher. There is no way you could park a Vod in the exact same location and shoot a pixel. The slightest error would be magnified when the bullet arrived at the destination. Besides, the top of the stairs is not near a flag and not a "hotspot" for enemy soldiers. The target was a SF soldier, moving behind a wall and died with a shot to the head. I don't think there were any hit indicators on him prior to the death shot giving away his location through the haze.

Now maybe there was somebody on comms, observing the target, reporting back to the vod shooter how his shots were landing. That can't be ruled out.

Also if you'll notice the vodnik slowly moving in circles because it's not on flat ground. This would rule out any pixel aiming and account for the supposedly random shots.

I'm so confused with whats going on. Take him for his word. There are good videos which show he "may" be hacking, but there is no conclusive proof. I'm not going to judge him until I see something conclusive that proves he is a hacker.
