TBF2 forum member caught cheating? You decide...

A forum member know as phen0m, and a BF2 nick of |cypheShogun was suspected of cheating on RAC server. So the guys went back through the demo of the game, slowed some things down, and revealed some suspicsios antics.

As you can see he is clearly shooting and killing players well beyond the game's view distance.

You guys can decide for yourselves, but that last video puts the nail in the coffin in my opinion.

wow, that last one....Thats impossible....But i would have to see the whole thing in order to make a decision. He could have just been spamming the spot hoping for kills. But seeing all of those other vodnik kills up there.

The video proves nothing...you cannot tell from that video whether he was hacking or whether he just made a lucky shot. And unless you can say without a doubt that a person was cheating, then I don't think that person should have his/her stats reset.

Watch the 3:20 second one. Thats pretty damning...He made a LOT of lucky shots. And BFR files? Thats about as exact as you can possibly go!

The video proves nothing...you cannot tell from that video whether he was hacking or whether he just made a lucky shot. And unless you can say without a doubt that a person was cheating, then I don't think that person should have his/her stats reset.

Why would a few lucky shots be enough to arouse the suspiscion of the server admins? Obviously they thought something fishy was going on. On top of all the videos, just look at the guys stats. I mean for crying out loud....

Damning is the right word. Now, Wreck, you said that Phen0m's in game nickname was that with its ever so dubious stats, but please, for the sake of everyone here, I'm not sure where he's said that that is his BF2 nickname. Are you able to post some evidence of this?

Definalty an Aimbot or being able to see far + neon players.... no way someone can make those shots again and again.
