Exaclty, but the circle is broken because the jets have a better chance of killing the turrets than they do the jets.

i know where your going with that, but you can be wrong... as me and mate once was in a helecopter, and we we taking down jets...also, if the jet is concentrated on its target, it might miss/not see the groung turrets, as when im in a jet, im too intrested on my target .:)

But most good jet pilot take out AA with cannons before they do anything else, it only makes sense

Yep ... we prolly knows all the AA positions. I hate the AA vechiles, they get a pilot down often imo.

Those are all inferior tools. Being good and staying up with a jet(excluding J10) for whole rounds takes skill.

Dont compare jets to tanks or lowly infantry vehicles

Well... with the only counter to jets being other jets... I can't agree.

Tanks have the ability to run up higher scores than jets. Provided you have air cover, which there is none in this game (linebacker, & Essex excluded… they seem to work ok as long as your map has them- it takes about an entire load of missiles because of the deviation in them).

Jets actually don't do all that much for the game... Maps that don't have them are the most popular... IMAGINE THAT!

totaly agree, but people are fogeting that the enemy are not the only ones with jets, your team has jets aswell!

Jets are a part of the game. IMO they really do not bother me. I do fly alot also and enjoy many sides of this game. It is reality it's not like in real life you can say oh enemy you can't fly because it isn't fair game play. But ya this is a game so hence it is the way it is and nothing more. yeah, and in real life, jets would be flying around, so it makes bf2 more realalistic in many ways
