I've only experienced a couple of instances where I thought, "hmmm, wonder if that guy's cheating?" One was last night on the Pucker Factor server playing SF - there was this one guy (not a PF member) who seemed to always know where I was and was dropping me the second he saw me. After about the 5th time, I began to wonder.
I can honestly say, though, that I don't really think cheating is that rampant or really that noticable b/c it's such a dynamic gaming environment.
I do know, however, that it makes me feel great to be accused of cheating.
