I used to spend a lot of time in their server, but after being cartilleried by one of their members 3 times while manning a TOW, I removed it from my favorites.

I don't mind having crap dropped on me all day long in a server that doesn't have such a rule, but when you have rules and you don't use them...meh I'll disconnect and go somewhere else.

My new favorite server has been BF2 suicide, but it's only active a few nights during the week. No rules, anything goes...war is hell and samll amoutn of people on 64 player maps. Makes for long fun rounds.

We only have one rule regarding the use of caretillery:
3.Comanders are NOT ALLOWED to drop vehicles inside the uncappable base or on Artillery.(If a special forces has entered the uncappable you may leave a vehicle on the outskirts to aid the escape). Rule Adition 25/6/2006.

This is another prime exemple of people joinning a server and never checking the rules.

Read the ROE, We have the right to make any new rules as long as they do not go against the ROE... Please people, before you make claims check your sources...

there is administration and then there is OVER-administration. i too have played on the UTAC server in the past and have since made sure to not return. i don't remember what the specific situation was, but this 9 page defensive thread sums it up for me again why i still won't give it another shot. too much BS.

and i agree, a rule about kicking for those who punish without warning/etc is just plain tomfoolery. you guys may all be 30+ on average physically, but mentally you are all that little 12 yo who never got that bike he wanted for xmas all along...

incognito you would do the best service to your clan by not trying to defend every single situation someone complains about. get your administrators a clue and chill out. if your server mellows out, great! if not, well a lot of the good competition is simply not going to play there. enjoy your n00bs then!

Whao, I'll repeat myself, we do not kick or ban for the use of the punish system. (we have not for months...)

We have a simple set of rules based apon the following:

-Don't attack the uncaps
-Use the game functions/vehicles as they were intended
-Do not use bad language

Is this too much to ask???? Tell me right now, you O so wise disgruntled people what is so bad with wanting to have a server with the above rules???
