Thanks for providing this, however, I've run into a small problem:
When I hit the "Start" button, nothing happens, it simply fails to initiate the process. When I then try to exit the tweaker, it crashes.
Yep, I got net 1.1 installed, no, it doesn't work with any other app either.
I tried not to be stupid and read up on it on the forum you linked, the readmes, and such, but nothing mentions this problem...;o
Any ideas?

I have the same problem. Hitting "Start" does nothing.

Can you explain Triple Buffering a bit to me and the reason why it isn't a option in the driver control panel for D3D (like it is for OpenGL).

Anyway, I can offer you a mirror for the DXTweaker file as well if you want.

TFT-LCD its those flat monitor's :p

Where do you install it? Can we get some verification thats its worth it.
I have AMD 64 3500+
1024mb ram
2 x 6600gt 128 in Sli
19" tft 1280x1024

Install it to C:\program files\directxtweaker if you want doesnt matter

Cant say i have reduced loss in frames because i have a 6800GT, i suppose
it really does depend on the capability of the system to keep the frames
high enough...

without dx tweaker i get major drops to 30fps
with dx tweaker i get frame rates 55-60

Thats my only down side to vsync enabled and no dx tweaker

It reduces the FPS a little, but not as bad as the frozen FPS of 35 (when on 70Hz) as normal.

BF2 really seems a lot more fluid then before, and no more page tearing. No issues with mouse lag either.
