        Nvidia for teh win
R520 won't even beat out the 7 series, as only 16 pipline versions are OFICIALLY confirmed :)

where did you get this imformation from in the review i looked at the r520 core did not come with a cooler so they added a 6800 ultra artic cooling solution due to its similar size

i think ati will put another crappy cooler on the x1800xt

but that pic of the x1800xt in the reiview will not be the fan used because they want the new card to look new and fresh so x850 cards will look outdated and making them want to buy the x1800xt

that review looks like a fake to me (maybe overclocked x850xt pe) although my point of view is biased to ati

look theres two pics are different

Even though I prefer Nvidia, I sure hope they rethink the amount of pipelines in that. 16 is last generation, not increasing that number when it's entirely possible doesn't look very good on their part.

I wouldn't put any faith into anything you read anywhere until the product is on the shelf.

2nd fastest GTX other than the new Asus with the cooling on it.

Then whoever is selling it is ripping people off. It wasn't even close to that amount even what it was first released.

As many people have said it would be very unwise to conclude anything from this. My guess is that most of the stuff you read is just rumors. Remember ATI isn't going to let themselves fall behind, that would just be stupid. Trust me I am sure that ATI knows exactly what Nvidia is up to. But remember ATI is usually a little behind Nvidia in releases as well.

I would wait until ATI officially releases word on the cards. Plus, how do some smaller sites magically get these cards, while other, much bigger sites, do not get them? Seems to be illogical. If you were ATI wouldn't you send you cards to the bigger websites first?

I would be very surprised if ATI released a card slower and more expensive, months after most hard core gamers have bought an Nvidia 7x. It has to offer either more performance or a lower price than Nvidia's flagship. Im thinking that it will offer higher performance (despite 16pipes etc).

Im sure ATI wont let their fans or any respected critics down. Either way, Im looking forward to what they release.
