It says in the link you have a athlon 64 x2, so I wouldn't think it would be that much less of a score

3DMark06 is dominated by the CPU score. Pile of crap for any actual benchmarking.

I found that a GFX OC gave me a higher score than a CPU overclock, i'm still OCing further, trying to find somewhere stable above 3.04Ghz, i think my ram is whats limiting me.

Yeah, if you have dropped the multiplier and have raised the FSB above 400mhz, your memory will likely hold you back.

Although, at the standard 9 multiplier, it shouldn't.

Maybe give your Northbridge a slight voltage boost if it's not passing Orthos stability stresses.

                        6750 has a 8x multiplier.
I get it fairly stable but i get freezes 3 or four hours into stability tests.

...It should have a 9 multiplier, even E6600 does. Try upping it in case. I wonder if your motherboard incorrectly set it and its been running extra low... :|:

nope, 333x8=2660 which is what it should be, its the highest multiplier i can get anyway.

                              heres an update:
i figured out overclocking both my gfx card and cpu...
my gfx card was 600/1000, now its 700/1000 and i oced my cpu from 2.4 to 2.97
before i say my score, how do i save my graphics card settings, i am using ntune... i also upped the fan speed but when i restart i lose it.

alright my old one was 11,999 points, no ocing
my new one dun dun dun dun!
                              13997!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
