Oh I was afraid my Pentium D would melt lol.

There's a total of one case fan in my case, and it doubles as the CPU heatsink fan.

Also does the resolution change your scores, or does it adjust the score for different resolutions?

my 3DMark2006 is 11000+

Havent clocked it yet but i can get it too 16000

Im extremely doubtful that you can get 16k with your setup...EXTREMELY doubtful...

That GTX280 is overkill on that 15" monitor. It's embarrassing really.

Plus, you should be getting nearly 17000 points with that setup.

Grr... an OC to 3.2GHz only netted me 79 marks (with GPU on default).

EDIT: Hang on, my CPU score has fallen.

Yes, with Vista. XP no longer performs better than Vista. In fact, the latter in 64bit flavour is known to score higher.

If I'm getting 12k and should be getting 17k, then why arn't I? Could it be a driver issue?

And your Core 2 Duo is bottlenecking the card. It needs overclocking.

Put it this way, i was scoring 14500 points with an E6600 and 8800gt
