new drivers, new OC, and a better score: 4149
    3DMark Score 4149 3DMarks
    SM 2.0 Score 1859 Marks
    SM 3.0 Score 1806 Marks
    CPU Score 1081 Marks
now if only battlefield would run better , still getting drops below 20 in 64 man servers

Sorry to slow the pace of this down a bit fellas, but what exactly does this score measure?

And how does it merit 580 mbs?

it just measures how well your system will perform in future gaming situations by using tests that stress the graphics card and the CPU. Usually someone with a higher score will get better fps with higher quality settings in games, but it isn't always exactly relative

10607. I need to do a fresh Windows install BADLY, and I don't think I have SLi configured properly (just got the second card today). I expected better peformance. Hope to figure it out! BTW, I'm not talking about my 3DMark score. I'm talking about actual game peformance. Going to run 3DMark again with a slight overclock. Lesse...

Whoot! 11297. I got the boost by increasing my cpu OC from 2.0 to 2.45, which OC my ram to 204mhz, and I let nVidia choose my overclock which ended up going from 445/1070 to 491/1160. Also, I changed my ram command rate to 1T for the benchmark. However, please note, that my computer becomes unstable for gaming on air cooling at these settings. The command rate change might crash my computer. The nVidia chosen OC is actually higher on the core but lower on the memory than I used to run. So I'm not sure how stable it'll be. Probably moreso. Happy about my score though. Now time to download '06 and see who I can beat =P

Edit #2: This is before the picture, but due to formatting it's easier to enter it before. Anyway, my third pass at 2.5ghz on the processor and 4mhz shy of 500/1200 on air, gave me a score of 11532.

5686 after a hell of a time. I kept running it on an OC'd CPU and either the program or my whole computer would crash. I get heavy artifacts and this is the only program that kills my system. Was really hoping to break 6000 but I guess I have to wait until my 7900gt co superclocks come in. I'm just freakin happy that the program finished! It's a beast; the program, not my computer. Obviously. lol =P

What a crap ass score for what I have, is there something bottle necking my video card? You all have any ideas what I can do to improve this crap score?

                              *Edit*
Updated drivers and got this score: 5077 = http://service.futuremark.com/orb/pr...projectType=14 Its better, is there anything else I can do to make it more?

Finally got it to complete a run without either crashing the program or my whole computer with my cpu overclocked to 2.5, voltage at 1.55 (highest my bios allows). I just got a Scythe Ninja heatsink and 120mm fan. I'm new to after-market heatsinks etc so I put too much AS5 on at first. Still reach 50c during a Prime95 torture test, but typically hold steady between 45-47.
