    open headphones theres not as much stuff covering your ears and blocking outside noises. thats one thing about the hds is they have pretty much zero ambient noise reduction.

    i think its a quality that generally leads to higher comfort

        if your gonna get something for gaming you might as well drop some coin. Idk i mean yeah for $15 they are 'good' maybe but you spend a bit more money on the right brand and you will be happier in the long run

          I don't really mind as long as they don't break super quickly or anything like that. I mostly use my speakers and only bought them because my old headphones were literally falling apart.

          Plus I've never been a big sound geek. Onboard sound and 2 speakers are fine for me. :p

            idk the only thing ive EVER broke was my last headset before i got the audio 770s because i pushed out of my chair really fast and broke the stupid wangly dangly cord all laying on the ground
