I believe you fit into the "more money than brains" category at the moment. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT waste your money on any of this crap, especially the ultra-high end bollocks. The value of your PC will pretty much halve or worse in 6 months with that kind of hardware, and it will also be practically obsolete by then (with all the new standard coming out).

Don't bother spending more than $2000 or so, at most. Either way, you're being ridiculously irresponsible.

If you're the C*O of some Fortune 1000 company, the above does not apply to you.

I got a BONUS. I already put money down on my NEW TRUCK wit my SAVED MONEY and I'm not blowing it ALL on the PC. I'm saving the rest. Plus with my current income I can buy like Stephen that stupid vid card and a whole slew of cheap hookers!

Please, put that money on the side. I'll say it again so maybe you will read that correctly: Put that money in your saving account or hand it to a family member that you can trust. Take it over to a financial consultant and put it in a trust for your unborn baby girl for college at LSU. But do not blow it. Do not blow it like your relationship.

I can't recommend this post enough. Don't waste all your money on a single pc. You can build a totally badass machine that'll last you awhile for 2-3k, and then have plenty left over to save in the bank for your next upgrade. Then sell your old parts to save even more money.
