    Never said deadlifting sucks.

"Yeah, if you do it wrong"

Injuries don't only occur when it's done wrong.
Yeah, for the most part they do. If you are actually doing deadlifts correctly they will PREVENT back problems, not cause them.

The major benefit from squat or deadlift is the fact you are working on your stabilizers and ability to balance. These lifts are going to help you in athletic environments like football and track and field.

Can you imagine what muscles are going to be used the most as soon as that ball leaves the ground; the ones mostly used when squating, deadlifting and benching.

You don't have to break your back with too much weight all the time when you lift. By the time I got to 11th grade my school had stopped doing 1 rep max. Based on an assessment of your work out the coach would pick a weight and you would rep max it.

If you are working out just to get muscle then the alternatives to these lifts would be better.

All I'm saying is that you put up all these lovely facts about yourself (that do seem a bit far-fetched, imo) and expect to not get any **** for it?

Then you ask me how old I am?

So you're like that *** off of twilight, go you. Just don't go posting that you can bench 280lbs at the age of 14 or whatever the hell 8th grade is without expecting a couple of raised eyebrows.

There are no alternatives to heavy squats, deadlifts and bench presses.

                    Please don't say "leg press".

You know, you haven't disagreed to being a meathead.

Do you also wear muscle shirts and eat protein bars and mix whey in with everything you eat?

The only time I drink whey is after a workout, coz its quick and I cant get ****ed to make food right after lifting heavy stuff.

I get more than enough protein just by eating meat and drinking 2 litres of whole milk every day.

                            And wtf are "muscle shirts"?

For all those people who find it more convenient to bother you with their question rather than to Google it for themselves.

What's wrong with wearing sleeveless shirts? I personally don't wear them, but I don't see nothing wrong with them.
