Just witnessed the first stalker ever to kill himself in front of the protagonist...

edit: thats right, YOU are the protagonist...

edit 2: did I mention that I got the special edition/ (though the only thing special about it is the metal case )

COP is easily the best game unmodded - but there are some cool mods out there to try out when you're done.

Also, playing through Prey again and I had forgotten how badass it was.

Keeping COP without a realistic ballistics mod is silly. Vanilla STALKER game firefights are a pain.

By the 2nd day of the month you've set the historical record for rainfall in a month.
You've seen more than 6 hours of continuous rain coverage on all the major news channels.
You've had to reschedule your usual Monthly visit with parents and friends because the only way to get them to you is via amphibious convoy.
The major river in town is past floodstage, oh wait the visible marker is now underwater.
You've spent 10 hours of your weekend fixing/repairing your landladies sump pump just to keep the basement from flooding.
You've spent 6 hours helping set up a Red Cross Disaster Shelter.
You've taken more than 6 showers and changed clothes more than 12 times in a 24 hour period.
