I was 6ft in 9th grade are you trying to say weightlifting in 9th grade makes you shrink? Did you go to a big school and play sports?

Being born in December and going to private school originally and then home schooled before I went to public I did end up being older than the average student of my grade.

I lifted 275 around the beginning of my 16th year and 325sh around the end of my 16th year.

Do you think I searched for ab picture from 90s webcam or something? Come back to reality bro, just because you aren't familiar with something doesn't mean it's not true.

I think you might be the dude in the black and white.

Lifting weights does NOT stunt growth.

        It's a myth.

But seriously, 450 lbs in 8th grade? You're like 14 in 8th grade.

Vid of you lifting 440 lbs NOW or gtfo.

I wasn't boasting I had been lifting for 3 years. Most schools don't even start lifting until 8th or usually 9th. Grow up tossing hay in the summer and you gain something you don't get in the weight room and can't really be seen like working out.

Not trolling, it's stupid. Easy way to injure yourself.

"Yeah, if you do it wrong"

Injuries don't only occur when it's done wrong.
