Ubisoft created a new subsidiary company that will focus on IPs such as Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six. This new subsidiary is valued at €4 billion (roughly $4.3 billion), thanks to an investment of €1.16 billion from Tencent.
