Ranks among the best of the Borderlands franchise.

Right out of the gate, I must say that I would consider myself a fan of the Borderlands games. I have played through the first game about two times, the second game about three times, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel about 1.5 times, and Borderlands 3 at least once.
