Sparrow Racing League and Christmas Cheer Hit Destiny
Bungie rolled out a special "Dawning" update today for Destiny players. This update includes the return of the Sparrow Racing League (SRL) and the start of the Christmas events throughout Destiny.
Bungie has labeled this one the 2.5.0 update and it packs a punch.

Yesterday, Bungie released an update that included, among other things, a new Sparrow Racing League. Yes, racing was added to the game. It's a lot of fun and people really seem to be enjoying it.
Also included in yesterday's update were a number of new microtransactions. One of which is a $10 SRL Record Book that allows you to keep track of your best race times and overall progress for the next three weeks.
